Surviving Office Conflict

We have spent some time on this blog discussing how to communicate around sensitive issues and resolve conflict at the office, but this article by Jeff Krivis offers up some insightful strategies for getting through conflict unscathed.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned from my time in the business world, it’s that you can never have to deep a toolbox for conflict resolution.
